TEXCRAFT was set-up in February 2002, keeping in view the high expectations and needs of today’s Textile World. To avail the opportunities before others and to better manage the rapid pace of work by offering faster response times. We realized that the buyers are now looking for a one-step shop for all their sourcing needs. Such set-up’s which can provide them everything, be it raw material like yarn, greige, finished fabric (bleached, printed & dyed) or fully packaged retail ready garments/home textile made-ups. Also providing technical advice and assistance in arranging Spares & machineries, where a supplier needs help to achieve specific buyer requirements. This saves time as well as cost for the buyers. We are one of the few such set-ups in Pakistan, providing our clients with services related to woven textile sector, all under one roof.
This Company is run by a group of three professionals with diverse textile backgrounds. By virtue of which, the aim is to up-hold the required quality standards of our customers. In addition to the three directors, TexCraft has an experienced team of professionals in the field of Marketing, Merchandising, Technical staff and Quality Control. Our Technical and QC team consists of minimum Diploma holders in Textiles, and is headed by Mr. Ahsan Saeed Khan a Textile Engineer by profession, with over 19 years of experience behind him in establishing and complete running of many well known weaving projects in the industry. His strength is administration as well as setting up management systems. The second director, Ali Imran Iqbal, is looking after sales and quality assurance needs of finished fabric and home textile made-up items. Finally Mirza Usman Ghani, who is involved in sales and production of yarns, fabric and our latest addition to the range, is apparel-manufacturing.
With this composite set-up, you can very easily work out the comprehensive nature of services that we can offer, which at the moment is not commonly found in Pakistan.
TEXCRAFT is also the sole representatives of Jega International, U.S.A., for their Chemicals used in Sizing, for the Pakistan and UAE market. In Pakistan, we were the first to launch these products five years ago, and today enjoy a respectable market share, which is growing day by day. It provides us with the infrastructure required to market any product to the Pakistan textile industry.
TEXCRAFT’S major strength is the negotiating power with highest managements in the industry, since we are working as buying house/quality assurance office for some of the very exclusive clients in USA, Europe, South Africa and Australia. This magnifies our bargaining position with the suppliers in any dealings with them. Secondly our human resources, due to its strong technical know how and organized working approach, assist us in meeting the expectations of our buyers.
We have total strength of 42 employees in the company out which the biggest number is the field auditor, which are 26 staff members. This allows us to very closely monitor and control all the orders placed in various factories.
